NO CAVITY CLUB
Hintz Family Dentistry wants to recognize and reward kids that take good care of their teeth!
The No Cavity Club is for kids between the ages of 3 and 12 years old. When kids come in for their routine check up and cleaning appointment and the doctor finds no cavities for that visit, then those kids automatically become members of the No Cavity Club! Upon membership, each kid will receive a free No Cavity Club membership wristband and an entry to win the big monthly prize!
If the child does not qualify for membership on their visit, no worries! There is always that next, 6 month routine check up and cleaning appointment!
Big Monthly Prize
Every child that is cavity-free - whether they are existing or new members to the club - will be entered into a drawing for a monthly prize. This prize does change from month to month.

No Cavity Club Contest Rules: No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. Entry ends after the last business day of each month. Winners will be contacted directly according to the phone number listed on record with our office. If the phone number has been disconnected or the winner is otherwise unreachable, another winner will be drawn. The No Cavity Club monthly prize will be available for pick up at each office for the respective office winners.
How to Enter
If the child is cavity-free at their routine check up and cleaning appointment, he/she is automatically entered. Upon entry into the club, the child will be given a free membership wristband.

At every cavity-free check up (for children between the ages of 3 and 12), the child will receive a free meal coupon an entry to win the big monthly prize!

Are there any fees?
No, there are no fees to enter the No Cavity Club. The wristbands and monthly prizes are given to the children free of charge.
Do we have to have dental insurance?
No, you do not have to have dental insurance in order to be eligible for club entry.
Do we have to participate in this?
No, you can decline membership into the club and/or entry into the monthly drawing.
